As you can from the table above, OxyShred is a very different supplement to Hydroxycut Elite. What’s also extremely noticeable is the sheer amount of ingredients OxyShred has and how many more ingredients it contains over Hydroxycut. While Hydroxycut has gone in a conservative direction for their supplement, using ingredients that have long been known and researched to support fat, weight loss and mood, while OxyShred has decided to take a more innovative approach using a mix of modern and traditional ingredients. While OxyShred uses ingredients that are less supported by research, utilising a larger range of ingredients may allow for synergism between the ingredients and increase the fat burning effect.

Oxyshred vs Hydroxycut Dosing

A recommended serving size of OxyShred is 5.1g whilst Hydroxycut’s recommend serving size is 2 capsules measuring less than 1g. Having said that, Muscletech’s product clearly states the amounts of each active ingredient in the supplement taking the guess work out of comparing and analysing the supplement, while you’re left in the dark with OxyShred. However, assuming ingredients are listed in order of total content, OxyShred would have at least 300mg worth of caffeine per serve, similar to that of Hydroxycut.

Considering the fact that OxyShred has at least another 3.3g worth of ingredients to play around with compared to less than 400mg for Hydroxycut, OxyShred definitely has greater potential to dose their ingredients well, even in light of the fact that they have 10 active ingredients to split the 3.3g between.

Oxyshred vs Hydroxycut Effectiveness

EHPLabs OxyShred is the most popular fat loss supplement at the moment garnering this title less than a year after its release. Whether this phenomenal rise in the ranks of fat burners is due to clever marketing or actual effectiveness is anyone’s guess. OxyShred definitely has a mood enhancing and appetite suppressing effect and there is definitely an increased feeling of warmth; which can infer increased thermogenesis (body heat production). Overall, the majority of consumers definitely find OxyShred useful in assisting with their fat loss effort.

Muscletech’s Hydroxycut Elite for all its caffeine seems to result in a less stimulated state with the maximum dose of 4 capsules. However, the appetite suppression and thermogenesis effects of Hydroxycut are definitely the supplements highlight. While OxyShred seems to have plenty of positive reviews, there seems to be less chatter from Hydroxycut Elite customers – a fact you’ll have to judge for yourself about its implications for the effectiveness of the supplement.

Oxyshred vs Hydroxycut Taste, Flavour & Mixability

A hard category to judge these two supplements since they’re in different forms. OxyShred has a great taste with the Strawberry Margharita and Melon variants taking the prize for best flavours whilst Hydroxycut definitely wins in terms of ease of consumption. The capsules are small, easy to swallow and super convenient.

Oxyshred vs Hydroxycut Price & Value

Muscletech’s Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite is slightly cheaper than OxyShred at $1.27 per serve vs $1.33 respectively. That being said, you’re paying for a lot more ingredients with OxyShred as well as for international processing costs since Hydroxycut is manufactured in Australia. The effectiveness of the products should also be taken into account and for 6 cents difference, OxyShred definitely appears to offer a lot more.

Oxyshred vs Hydroxycut Winner

Both EHPLabs OxyShred and Muscletech’s Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite are great fat burners in the own right and are considered the number 1 and 2 selling fat loss supplements currently available. While Muscletech’s product is definitely more transparent in terms of dosing, OxyShred is a much more innovative supplement, including in its formula many more current fat loss ingredients and with plenty more volume to play with. OxyShred also comes with a stack of positive testimonials on its ability to support improved mood, appetite suppression and thermogenesis and with a similar price tag to Hydroxycut appears to offer better bang for your buck. It is for these reasons that OxyShred just edges out Hydroxycut as the better fat burner.

Overall Winner: EHPLabs Oxyshred
