Growth Hormone (Also known as GH or HGH)
If bodybuilders all have one thing in common it’s the ultimate goal of growing muscles to their maximum size & strength. Growth Hormone (also known as GH, Human Growth Hormone or HGH) supplementation is a healthy and safe way to optimise growth hormone levels without the use of dangerous and illegal anabolic drugs. When combining GH with a high-protein diet, most users may expect to gain an extra 3 to 5 kilos of new muscle over a 2 to 3 month period. This, however, depends on the individual, and results do vary.
When consuming GH supplements it's important to note they in general should be consumed at a different time to other protein supplements or foods. These other proteins shall contain a spectrum of amino acids which likely shall "compete" with the amino ingredients of your GH supplement & lessen it's effictiveness.
