Digestive Enzymes

Problems of the digestive tract have become more commonplace in recent times, with the average diet consisting of more processed foods and less raw fruit and vegetables. The University of Maryland Medical Centre, in its report on the effectiveness of Bromelain, concluded that it may assist in the reduction of swelling, bruising, healing time, and pain following surgery and physical injuries.
