Hi - is this product suitable for a weight loss programme / supplement ? I work out 3 times a week - a mix of cardio & weights and need to reduce body fat by about 6-8%. A friend uses this product but they are wanting to bulk up not slim down. Thanks. Kristy?
This is a protein supplement. Its great for adding lean muscle. To lose some weight try Muscletech Hydroxycut Max, Nutrex Lipo 6x or ALRI Poison. http://www.mrsupplement.com.au/australia/alri-poison.html http://www.mrsupplement.com.au/australia/muscletech-hydroxycut-max.html http://www.mrsupplement.com.au/australia/nutrex-research-lipo-6x.html
Hello i am in the army and i do alot of running and the occasional pack march. Will this protein dehydrate me quicker and put me at higher risk of heat exhaustion or even heat stroke. Thanks?
Possible it would dehydrate "very slightly" as it has some thermogenic ingredients designed to increase body metabolism (via heat energy). We suggest if in doubt looking at a Whey protein similar to Vital Strength Fusion located at URL: http://www.mrsupplement.com.au/australia/vital-strength-fusion.html
