Mix 40g of 2 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of skim milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts and yoghurt to increase the protein and energy content.

Replace lid and close tightly immediately after use store 30°C

ShareI've been looking for a very lean protein powder for quite a long time now, but I'm often dissatisfied with either the quality or taste. But I'm very much happy with Vital Strength WPI. It provides 90% protein with almost no fats and carbs and tastes more than decent too. I'm happy to recommend this to anyone who wants a lean protein powder.
Love this stuff. Mixes perfectly, tastes great with milk and is completely bearable with water :P
I’m no professional body builder, but I’m really passionate about training and fitness. Unfortunately, and I think most people would agree, it’s hard maintaining a full time job, a strict training routine and a well balanced diet at the same time. I mostly use creatine, but have always had a protein shake after workouts to help my muscles repair. The thing is that training late at night sometimes means there’s not much time to put together a proper meal. I started investigating how to avoid missing out on the day’s nutrients and a friend recommended Vital Strength WPI Plus. There’s an amazing 90% protein level, but the best part is that there’s over 20 vitamins and minerals, which means I don’t have to stress too much about not getting enough goodness. I’ve used a lot of great proteins and I think that most well known manufacturers have got it right in terms of muscle repairing and building. I’ve never really noticed a big difference in performance between brands. However, the important extra for me is including the right nutritional elements. Vital Strength does it all. Thanks Mr Supp!
I enjoy using the Vital Strength WPI Plus over the other brands. I find that nothing can beat the taste of the Chocolate. I find that the Vital Strength protein dissolves a lot better than all other brands and doesn’t leave big clumps in your shaker cup. Buying the 3 kilogram size is great value for size and convince. The Low Carb and Low Fat formula makes it extremely easy to fit into my daily macro nutrients. its also a bonus with the amount of BCAAs it contains. I would recommend it to all of my friends and colleges.
