Training With Jay Cutler - Exercise 3 - Leg Press: A great way to keep building mass on the quads and taking advantage of the previous pump from the squats, the Leg Press offers a different style of movement for the muscle. To start the exercise, lower the leg press pad down till your knees are roughly 90 degrees or less. Remember to keep constant tension on the muscle by avoiding any long pauses at the bottom or the top of the movement. Aim for 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps with 45-60 seconds rest in between sets.
