Incline Barbell Bench Press
The incline barbell bench press technique. This exercise targets and accentuates the upper chest, but will still hit the entire chest. Take a shoulder width grip of the barbell & lift off & control the weight down in a nice & slow manner to the upper chest. Squeeze the chest & drive the weight back up to the top of the movement. Ensure your elbows are out to the side and take about 3 seconds to lower the weight, and one to drive it up.
