The Close Grip Barbell Bench Press is a great exercise to help you build mass & size for the triceps muscle. Whilst this exercise is performed on a bench, it is not an exercise that targets the chest (pecs). With this exercise, it's important that you keep your elbows by your side to emphasise the triceps, otherwise the chest will come into play, and that's not what you want with this particular exercise.
