Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raises are generally perfromed by Justin Wessels at the end of his workout. This exercise targets the rear of the shoulders. Don't rest at the bottom of the motion. Use a slightly lighter weight as you are aiming for 15 reps with constant tension. Squeeze at the top and lower the weight slowly. From there, move the bent over rear lateral raise. With this exercise there's maximum tension at the bottom part of the exercise where there is the most stretch. Aim for 3 sets of 15 reps.
