I've tried a fair selection of protein powders over the years, but I keep coming back to Musashi Bulk. The taste is amazing & it's more like a treat than a shake. It mixes well so you don't have to worry about lumpy shakes. It is great if you have a fast metabolism so you can look forward to some decent gains. Musashi Bulk Directions
Mix 60mg (approx 4 level scoops) with 500mL of Skim Milk/Full Cream Milk or with 300mL of water in a Musashi Shaker. Shake well prior to each use as product may have settled.
