Initially took 2 scoops for the first week so it's somewhat loaded. Strength and endurance levels have improved a little. Being a bit of an endomorph it's probably best not to take the creatine with sugar, not sure about the others but based on my Australian coloniolism experience it would probably all go to the fat cells around my gut or I would end up with diabetes very quickly . The idiot might say it's my form, yeah because he is right isn't he and I'm just left. But wow, someone in this Anytime Fitness gym has lost 25kg, Good him I say.

Ghost Size Directions
Mix 1 scoop (serving) of Ghost Size with 236-295mL of water or beverage of choice, such as ghost whey, preferably within 30 minutes after exercise on training days. 
For best results, Ghost Size should be taken on both training/non training days with plenty of water. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24 hour period.
