- Hi there, Just want to confirm the 12 week on and 4 week off cycle is good as an ongoing cycle? The product containers and this website have varying cycle advises and I'm new to this so not sure of the variations that could be OK. For example, would 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off be OK ongoing or is 4 weeks not really long enough on?
Hi Don. In response we'd recommend a longer cycle then 4 on 2 off. Best benefits are often made at the back end of cycles. Thus we'd recommend for optimal gains 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Particularly on the first cycle. You then may recommence again at your discretion.
- Can I use pre work out with muscle fuel before?
Yes a pre workout supplement may be used with EN MM Fuel prior to training.

- I am about to purchase the Growth and Test Stack. I currently take a casein shake before bed and was wondering in which order and how far apart to take the Casein and HGH for maximum results from both. Thank you.
Because casein is such a slow digesting protein, you would have to take it many hours apart from HGH. Unfortunately those two products are not really compatible with each other. As such we would recommend you made a decision between which two of those would be best. Alternatively you rotate between the two on certain days.

Neither Massive Muscle Fuel no HGH have a significant number of calories that would result in your to break your fast. You can certainly stack Massive Muscle Fuel with a fat burner or pre workout without any issues. However, HGH must be consumed on an empty stomach, by itself.
- Can the Elemental Nutrition Growth & Test Stack be taken with a pre work out supp too? I use craze but like the look of this stack.. Can this stack also be stacked with D-Aspartic Acid?
Yes this would be perfectly fine. You can take Massive Muscle Fuel and D-aspartic acid at the same time as Craze before a work out. Then have the HGH as as far away from food and other supplements as you can, right before bed. Just be sure not to exceed manufacturer's recommendations.
Week 1 - no difference in the gym, noticed I sleep better but I do wake up in the night to pee.
Week 2 - new changes been a slight increase in strength and a heavier pump while working out.
Week 3 - new changes have been a slight change in size and sex drive boosted, also noticed slight acne on my legs and a little on my back.
Week 4 - new changes are now recovery feels instant the next day, strength has increased again but also feel on days I don't work out I'm a little hot headed.
Happy so far but I do give four stars for now, I am now into my second month will do another review then.
