- Hi do you mix the l-carnatine in with the oxyshred or do you take as 2 separate drinks?
OxyShred already contains the Acetyl-L-Carnitine in it but in a small amount so I would suggest taking them at separate times.
- Can women who are breast feeding take this? Thank you.

Loving the taste! Seeing and feeling the results already just after taking both for 2 weeks. OxyShred wild melon is so yummy and I feel an instant boost of energy. Highly recommend this duo, and I will definitly be purchaseing again.
