Absolutely love this product! Great taste with vanilla, honestly tastes like french vanilla. The flavour isn't overpowering and is just right. Easy to drink and amazing the minimal amount of carbs. 0.36g! Will try the chocolate next :)

Elemental Nutrition WPI Directions
Scoop it, shake it, drink it! Take 40g (1 level scoop, scoop supplied) in 200-500ml of water 1 to 3 times daily between meals. On anerobic workout days we recommend timing one serving 30 minutes pre-workout with another 30 minutes post workout.
