I wanted to try an all natural protein powder for a change and it was a toss up between Optimum Nutrition's whey or Dymatize's whey. I went with Dymatize's because it used stevia only as its sweetener instead of fructose and I was surprised at the pleasant taste (chocolate). Mixability with a spoon in glass with milk or water was terrible however but using a blender bottle-style shaker this was so much better. I'll be trying ON's all natural 100% Whey next time to compare. Thanks.

Dymatize Nutrition All Natural Elite Whey Directions
Add 1 level scoop to 147-177mL of water, milk or juice. Stir, shake or blend for 20 seconds, or until completely dispersed, then drink immediately.

Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
