The past few months I have been training 5 days a week. I have never had a pre’ workout supplement before BSc K-OS . I have been taking this for the past few days and I have already noticed a consistently higher level of concentration and higher max rep. This product really helps me get to that extra km down the road. I do a mixture of road running gym work and weight sessions and there is a marked improvement in all situations. This product also seems to keep working after the work out I feel more alert less tired and more energised for the rest of the day. This is a good product for people training who wants that extra rep or KM
