With 3.2g of beta I can really feel the tingles as it works which I like. 350mg of caffeine really does the job nicely too. 6g of Citrulline Malate also helps a lot with my longer gym sessions. Very happy with the results.
I've taken quite a few pre's before but stopped for a while. Now I'm coming back to them, I've found this very effective. It's definitely up there with the strong, effective high-stim pre's.
The only draw back, if I had to be REALLY picky, might be it doesn't have any vitamin B's in it. But this will only be more noticeable if your body is already tolerant to pre-workouts due to long term use. However these B supplements can be taken separately on top of the pre, so it's neither here nor there really.
That being said, it's not a deal breaker for me. I will definitely be buying this again as I find it very effective.
