Flavour it really good
I found this pre workouts taste to be average (personal opinion) the overall performance for me was lack lustre and actually only really worked as a laxative.
I had no improvements in gym performance.
Im 6'4" - 100kg. I have 20% body fat. Ive tried alot of different preworkoutd over thre last 10 years. Nothing has come close to Craze.
Come to Pre Jym. I went in not knowing what to expect given all the claims of being "formulated by a real scientist etc." so I had an open mind.
There's no insane rush given it only has 150mg of caffeine (about the same as 1.5 cups of coffee) so not much at all. Don't expect to be screaming to get to the gym at all with this pre-workout.
The pump was moderate, nothing overboard but just a general tightening of skin around the muscles. No super vasilation of arteries.
There was some mild nausea the first time, probably just a mild intolerance to something in the mixture. It's gone now.
Overall I'd rate it as worthwhile if you get it on special but it's not going to set any records.
