Tasty for a greens supplement, good price too. As usual superfast shipping from Mr Supplement.
Only issue is I bought this supplement for travel to work but why on earth is the container so big? 300g of product but half the large plastic container is empty. It's 50% bigger than powerade 500g powder container for example.

When is the best time to take Elemental Greens?
Firstly there is no wrong time to take EN Greens & you may do so any time of the day or night. Our recommendation for optimal benefits though is to take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Then wait 20 minutes prior to consuming other nutrition. Further it may also be taken last thing at night, again on an empty or almost empty stomach.
