- How much water do I mix with this Elemental Nutrition ALC?
It is recommended to mix 3g of Elemental acetyl-l-carnitine, with about 200mL of water. At your discretion you may use more or less water to suit your personal taste.
- Can Elemental ALC be added to my pre workout?
Yes. If your pre workout does not contain any ALC or L-Carnitine, the addition of Elemental ALC would be ideal.
