I have been bodybuilding now for just over a year. I have tried many different types of mass gainers but serious mass has all the carbs and protein I need to gain my desired weight. I have put on 7 kilos in the past 5 months! I recommend this product to all those who struggle gaining weight.

I recently bought this product from Mr Supplement as i was 6'1 and weighed in at 72 kgs. i needed something to boost up my protein intake and this seemed like the perfect product. i purchased this 2 weeks ago and with my constant training and diet along with this product i now weigh 75 kgs. already a big increase in mass which is great as i previously found it hard to gain. this is a great product, tastes good and doesn't leave you with a bloated feeling. I will definitely continue to buy this product, best weight gainer i have tried so far.

Although you go through it quickly, the results are worth it, used Serious Mass for under two weeks now and I have put on 2 kg already. Having a half serve at breakfast and half a serve at dinner is what I recommend for us skinny blokes.

I like it. It mixes well, contrary to popular belief. Tastes pretty decent, a little floury, but I can live with it.

As the name suggests this is a very serious product with some rather impressive numbers. Unfortunately in order to get those impressive numbers in one must use two gigantic scoops that I found nearly impossible to consume. The serving sizes are simply huge with my 5.45kg bag containing a mere 16 standard serves. A fantastic product that does take a bit of getting used to.

I have been using serious mass for a long time now, after trying quite a few mass gainers before it. The total number of calories is what does it for me, cant find it anywhere else and the chocolate flavour is pretty dam good. I drink it warm like milo. I usually struggle to eat enough calories in a day for really good muscle growth but i find the job a lot easier with this product. Thank you optimum nutrition!

The serving size is huge, and the mix-ability of the powder itself is very average. The chocolate taste pretty good though. However, I can see this product working within the first couple days of using it, putting on close to 0.6kg already. The results can only get better from here. I would question, however, whether a normal protein/carbs mix would result in the same as serious mass if it were taken in the same quantity.

Being 6'2" and 57kg's, I had serious issues gaining weight regardless of anything I try. Since using Optimum Nutrition’s “Serious Mass” I have noticed a huge gain in weight. I stacked on 4kg within the first 3 weeks and then another 3kg in the 3-4 weeks following. I was worried that the calories would make a huge increase to my BF% but it didn’t seem to impact me that much. I was using half a recommended serve each time and having 2 shakes a day which worked fine. In terms of taste it is definitely one of the harder proteins to drink but not that bad if mixed with chilled water. After finishing the bag I have moved onto ON 100% gold standard to lean up but will definitely use Serious Mass again when going through a bulking stage of my workouts. I would definitely recommend this product for any hard gainers or people who are just trying to supplement some needed calories into their diet.

I have done a lot of research about the best weight gainer on the market and Optimum Serious Mass kept coming up. I purchased it with great hope that I would see results, within 2 weeks I have noticed lifting gains and my weight sessions tend to be more intense now. The product recommends you take 2 scoops in a serve but I found if I did that a normal size shaker would not fit it all in so I took 1 scoop before my workout and 1 scoop after my work out. The strawberry taste ok but the mixabilty is very poor and I recommend using a blender. Overall I think this product is going to work wonders by going what I have seen in the past 2 weeks, thanks Mr S for the top advice.

I went with chocolate flavour to be safe, and it didn't disappoint! It tastes delicious in comparison to other gainers I've tried, and allowed me to take in my needed calories to gain weight.
