The specific ingredients and their functions include

This is one of the better fat burning supplements around. I have a pretty sedentary job and don't get time to exercise, but the thermo fuel still does it job. This doubles as a good pre-workout too whenever I do get the motivation to exercise. Taste is not the best, but it's a small serving so not a huge deal.

Although I have an office job, after clocking up long hours I often get home and the last thing I could be bothered doing is a workout. For me, actually getting off the couch and STARTING a workout is the tough bit, but after downing some of this, my motivation and energy levels have risen considerably! Very good product, very happy with it!
