These are the best belts bar none for lifting.
I have used all different configurations (and that's a few) in the 20 years of weight training. When you pull it up tight and lock it off it stays tight. Just what you need. Buy this you'll never want to use anything else. Cheers and happy safe lifting. :-)

This is the first belt that I have owned and I love it! It is super supportive, it hasn't stretched at all, and is quite easy to put on by yourself

Quality Belt
This is the third belt that I have used and so far the only one the has had the leather soften with use without getting damaged through stretching. Belt is a good width for me and has a lot of adjustment holes so can be used by more than just yourself.
