Bench Dip
The Bench Dip exercise technique. Take a shoulder width grip on the bench, placing your feet on either the floor or on another bench in front of you. In a controlled manner, lower your body feeling your triceps working throughout & lowering to an angle of 90 degrees. Squeezing the triceps, return to the top of the movement. As you progress over time, you may find it necessary to add weight to make it more challenging. Avoid using a grip that's excessively wide, bending the legs too much, or positioning your head too far forward. Also ensure that your posture is good throughout the movement, and that you use a full range of motion. This is a great exercise to add variety to your triceps training.
