The core of my training supplements. On my second tub now. For heavy doses you might want to try another brand, as stacking 2 scoops can turn your drink into a mega thick-shake (or you can add more water). I space mine out to 4 shakes a day with 1 scoop @77kg body weight. Musashi and Redbak got nothing on this.

Just got my tub of Syntha 6 in the mail from Mr. Supplement today great service received it 2 days after i ordered it. It tastes f**king great in cookies and cream like a real milkshake. Only without all the sugar and saturated fats and with all the slow and fast release protein low GI carbs vitamins bcaas good fats and packed fuel of fibre. I like to used it between meals to feed my muscles and also good as a pre workout meal. Its from a brand that supplies for the UFC so you no you cant trust it get yours now from Mr. Supplement

Recently I purchased a tub of BSN Syntha-6 protein powder. After trying several “other” brands of protein powder I was a bit sceptical about the reviews I had read. Firstly, I usually have to mask the flavour of protein powders because although they claim to taste just like a McDonald’s milkshake, rarely do I agree. However, I didn’t even have all the wrapper off the bottle and I could smell the strawberry flavour permeating my room and I had a glimmer of hope! As I mixed it through water (not milk!) and tasted it, I was most pleasantly surprised by the taste-because it did have a fabulous taste and no terrible after taste followed. I will search no longer to find a protein shake I can stomach as I feel this stuff is as good as a McDonald’s milkshake and look forward to it every morning!
