Kre-alkalyn is a revolutionary creatine product praised for its ability to eliminate the negative side effects associated with Creatine Monohydrate use whilst enhancing all the positives. The key is in the pH levels. While other creatine products have pH levels of below 7, kre-alkalyn is the only creatine product with a pH level of more than 12, resulting in muscle cells being penetrated at full force.

All men were on similar strict diets and training regimes except that one group was given kre-alkalyn and the other creatine monohydrate. After 60 days the kre-alkalyn group experienced a 28% average increase in weight poundages over the creatine monohydrate group. The kre-alkalyn group also experienced no negative side effects such as stomach discomfort, bloating and water retention. Not only beneficial to weight lifters and bodybuilders, another study has shown that kre-alkalyn produces a higher V02 max level than creatine monohydrate, making it ideal for athletes participating in endurance sports. Other benefits of kre-alkalyn use include the neutralisation of lactic acid, which enhances performance. It also requires no loading phase. Kre-alkalyn is available in powder, liquid and capsule form and stacks well with supplements such as Glutamine, HMB, Carbohydrate Dextrose or pre-workout Nitric Oxide. Recommended dosage is much lower than that of creatine monohydrate as kre-alkalyn is more targeted to cells. About 1 to 3 grams daily is all that is necessary, which also makes it a more cost effective product.
Creatine has now been studied extensively since the early 1990's & is considered safe with little to no negative side effects. As always one should though as a precaution check with your health care professional before starting a cycle of creatine or any supplementation programe, especially if you suffer from any liver, kidney or pre-existing medical condition. Females should not take creatine supplements while pregnant or lactating.
