Definitely one of my favourite fat loss proteins. Always feel great when training and taking this. Recovery and gains are good and seems to help a bit with my sweet tooth cravings. Only negative is the price, but I guess its good quality...

Decent fat loss protein. Tastes alright, has a bit of a bitter aftertaste, but it's barely noticeable. Mixes well and you can really feel the metabolism go up. Even the slightest bit of exercise has me sweating.

Very good supplement 10/10. Found that after I have used this supplement I have lost weight yet at the same time gaining muscle. Goes down good with water, no chunky bits easy to mix. Would recommend if your trying to cut down on body fat and gain some muscle!

Recommended use is up to a maximum of three servings per day. Serving times will be dependent upon your training regime.
