It's cheap, it's not precise, but it gives a fair indication. As always, you want greater precision, you'll need to pay more, but for amateur athletes/dieters, it's not a bad starting point to help track progress.

the measure is a neat tape with a locker on it makes it easier to measure yourself the calipers i might wait before i ask somebody to jab me with them just yet haha
