What's in it?
As usual this contains the King of Collagen - NOWAY Collagen. These bars sit a bit lower on the protein side than our Jelly bars do but still deliver 14g of collagen protein per serve. They are gluten free, nut free, casein free, sorbitol free, soy free and free from artificial colours, flavours or sweetners.
The Bodybalance Collagen used in these bars has actual research showing benefits for promoting muscle strength, lean body mass and muscle mass when combined with an adequate diet and exercise regime. Are you one of the few still convinced that whey protein might be a better option post-workout? Think again, when Bodybalance was compared to whey protein it showed higher benefits for muscle strength and lean body mass.

ATP Science Noway Collagen Marshmallow Bar
With that out of the way I ordered 12 of these bars and could only finish 2 1/2. Frankly put the coconut brownie bars tasted awful with the third bar I tried going in the bin.
I give 2 stars because nutritionally they tick all the boxes but the flavour is awful.
