Cardio needs to be incorporated and managed to ensure body fat is managed and cardiovascular health is maintained. These areas are highly personal, as are the types, and amount of rest and recovery needed. Outside of training, many other aspects are important and will impact on your bodybuilding success. You need to manage work, relationships, as well as many other aspects of your life. If any of these become out of control, they will impact negatively on your bodybuilding progress.

Train Hard & Smart in Bodybuilding

When it comes to bodybuilding, the mind is as important as the body. To succeed in bodybuilding, you need to learn how to think, and to understand what you are doing. You have to go beyond basic training principles, to find out what works for you. You need to not only train hard, but train smart.
