Maxs_Diet_And_Nutrition_2016

Successfully completing the Max’s Challenge will be down to how well you can manage your diet. It’s well known that the key to achieving your transformation goals is really 80% diet and nutrition and 20% training. Taking charge of your diet and the food you eat though can be a daunting task, especially for those who’ve never really attempted managing it. Luckily though, Max’s has done all the hard work for you and have come up with all the material you’ll be needing to successfully complete the Max’s Challenge 2016. Let’s take a look at what you can expect for the upcoming challenge.

Max's Challenge 2016 – Nutrition Basics

At the beginning of each Challenge period, participants are given plenty of information on “Nutrition Basics”. This is generally designed for those who are just starting out for the first time or for those who want a refresher into some of the key strategies when tackling your nutrition. It’s worth taking the time to read all the information in this section to get a good understanding, which will form the foundation of what you’ll be doing for the next 12 weeks and beyond that as well.

Max's Challenge 2016 – Diet & Meal Plan

As with other years, the Max’s Challenge 2016 will offer generalised meal plans. These will be placed into four categories depending on your goals and experience level. They are separated into:

  • Lean Beginner
  • Lean Intermediate
  • Mass Beginner
  • Mass Intermediate

Access to these meals plans will come in 3 stages and will be available only to those who have signed up and who also have successfully checked in during the “Check In” weeks. The Max’s meal plans are for weeks 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12. They offer a decent summary of what you should be eating, how much and when over the course of 7 days. Subsequent weeks meal plans will be based around the original Week 1-4 meal plan with some minor changes here and there depending on your current progress. As with the training plans, these are simply guides and substitutions are always welcome. If you require help with anything nutrition related, there is a specialised category within the forum where you can chat with other challengers and also expert trainers.

Max's Challenge 2016 – Recipes

Another highlight of the Max’s Challenge 2016 will be a “Recipes” section where participants are provided with a range of different meal recipes which make up the meal plan. Max’s has really ensured that you’re given all the tools you need to successfully stick with your diet during the Challenge. There is also another section on the forum where you can list any recipes that you come up with and also read about other people’s recipes.

Max's Challenge 2016 – Training, Nutrition & Supplementation

Training, nutrition and supplementation are going to be the three main points of focus to help you reach your goals for the Max’s Challenge 2016. Max’s have spent time over the past year further tailoring their diet and meal plans to ensure you are guided through the 12 weeks and won’t be left confused as to what you should be eating, when you should be eating and how much you should be eating.
