Finally a fitness book that i like!
I've tried designing my own in excel, logging with a phone app, ipad app, and other fitness books
and this one has been the best so far =)
only downside is no fitness test section
but i just put that into the notes part or weekyl goals/accomplishments.
otherwise great 12week logging.
