No Xplode VS No Xplode XE - Mrsupplement

Following the trend of some other big name supplement brands like Optimum and Cellucor, BSN have decided to diversify their pre workout range further with the launch of NO Xplode XE – whereby the XE stands for Xtreme Energy. But the question on everyone lips is how it will compare with the existing NO Xplode.

BSN NO Xplode vs NO Xplode XE Ingredients

While the full ingredient list is yet to be confirmed, some of the new ones rumoured to appear in NO Xplode XE are guayusa, yohimbe and macuna. But with the different regulations governing food and supplements in Australia, certain ingredients, like yohimbe, won’t permit the supplement to be sold in Australia. This means BSN would need to re-formulate a different version for international markets such as Australia. But having done this before with other supplements, it is highly probable BSN will do the same with NO Xplode XE.

BSN NO Xplode vs NO Xplode XE Dosing

Again we don’t know exact dosing for most of the ingredients in NO Xplode XE, but one very strong rumour is it will contain 325mg of caffeine per serve. This ties in well with the ‘Xtreme Energy’ label, but it also means the supplement won’t appeal to a lot of users in the same way that the normal NO Xplode does, which contains 200mg caffeine per serve.

BSN NO Xplode vs NO Xplode XE Effectiveness

Judging by the name, NO Xplode XE will be pitched at individuals looking for a super intense energy lift prior to their workout. So naturally, we can expect NO Xplode XE to be more effective compared with NO Xplode in terms of the mental and physical lift that it provides. But one has to suspect that NO Xplode XE might not come with some of the extra functional ingredients such as citrulline malate and creatine peptides in NO Xplode.

BSN NO Xplode vs NO Xplode XE Taste, Flavour, Mixability

BSN have a reputation for producing some of the best tasting supplements on the market, so we can expect that NO Xplode XE will fit the bill in the taste department. As far as flavours are concerned, we’re gonna hazard a guess that Cherry Lime, Fruit Punch and Blue Raz will most likely feature as the initial flavours.

BSN NO Xplode vs NO Xplode XE Price & Value

No word on price at the time of writing, so it’s hard to compare the two on this basis. But it would be surprising if there were any major price difference.

BSN NO Xplode vs NO Xplode XE Verdict

NO Xplode XE sounds like an exciting supplement with a lot of promise. But whether it will be equally as popular as NO Xplode is hard to say. A key factor that might hold it back from big sales is the very high caffeine content. There’s no doubt that there are plenty of people for whom 325mg of caffeine will simply be too much. On the otherhand, the big stand out with NO Xplode is how comprehensive it is as a workout in terms of its ingredient coverage dosage levels. In a age where nearly every new pre workout is concentrated, with a serving size of 5-10g, NO Xplode stands out for its relatively larger serving size of 18.5g and the range of ingredients included. Then there’s the consideration of the synergistic action of all the ingredients, which you might not get with a pre workout that is lower dosed with less ingredients, which NO Xplode XE might prove to be. We will have to wait and see.
