Since BSN’s moderately successful DNA Series release last year, the company have been hard at work on a new line of supplements. With more and more people wanting transparent labelling and more natural supplements, BSN have heeded the advice by introducing 5 different supplements as part of their Clean Series. One of these supplements will the creatine supplement; BSN Clean Creatine.
BSN Clean Creatine Review & Ingredients
The new Clean Creatine from BSN contains a master blend of three different creatines including:
- Creatine Monohydrate
- Creatine Anhydrous
- Magnesium Creatine Chelate (Creatine MagnaPower)
In addition, the supplement contains taurine, betaine anhydrous, rhodiola rosea and AstraGIN (a complex of astragalus membranaceous and panax notoginseng). Clean Creatine is an interesting blend of creatine, endurance and absorption supporting compounds. It’s different from their popular Cell Mass and one could definitely say, a better version.
BSN Clean Creatine Flavours, Taste & Mixability
So far, the Clean Creatine is only available in Fruit Punch flavour, however depending on the popularity, BSN will most likely add in at least a couple more flavours. Cell Mass was an easy to drink and even easier to mix supplement and no doubt Clean Creatine will be one of the two. Because it does contain a bit of creatine monohydrate, we expect a bit more grittiness to the shake, but not overtly so.
BSN Clean Creatine Release Date
BSN’s new Clean Creatine has already been released in the US with fairly limited marketing. As such, we don’t expect it would be too long before it heads down under to Australia. We’re hoping it’ll be on the shelves by late August 2015.
