BSN’s new Clean Series will be a brand new line of supplements from the respected company and will encompass 5 supplements that are free from banned substances, fillers and gluten. One of these five products will be a branched chain amino acid supplement known as BSN Clean BCAAs.
BSN Clean BCAAs Review & Ingredients
Clean BCAAs from BSN is a relatively simple formula with only 5 different types of amino acids including:
- Branched chain amino acids – leucine, isoleucine and valine
While each serve of Clean BCAAs provides 3g of branched chain amino acids, BSN have failed to transparently declare just how much of each BCAA there is. While BSN do have a name for themselves, this lack of transparency does make us question their formula. The other added glutamine and taurine is merely for show rather than for any significant purpose. Overall, if priced well, it’s an okay supplement from a well known brand, but with 3g of BCAAs per 8g serve, it won’t be the most sought after amino acid supplement on the market.
BSN Clean BCAAs Flavours, Taste & Mixability
Perhaps its key highlight, BSN’s Clean BCAAs is one of the cleanest and nice tasting BCAA supplements around. It’s a bit on the sweet side, but mixes well without any residue and very little grittiness. The only flavour available is Watermelon, but we expect more flavours to be added soon.
BSN Clean BCAAs Release Date
While BSN’s new Clean BCAAs has already been released in the US, there are no official release dates for the supplement in Australia and other territories. However, we expect it to drop relatively soon, most likely around late August 2015.
