Perfect product. I have a weak immune system, consequently getting sick every winter. However not the case taking multi Vita every morning. Definitely feel the difference over time in energy levels, and recovery, but maybe not immediately.

Can this be taken with anti depressants? Couldn't see in the ingredients what was included to 'reduce stress' - thankyou
Yes you can take the vitamins in conjunction with your anti-depressants. Unfortunately, as this is a multi-vitamin it does not contain any stress relieving ingredients.
