After only my first training session using Bronx Wild Bull micronised creatine I was amazed. During my workout I had to continuously raise the weight for every exercise I did just to start to feel a burn in my muscles, for the first time in my life I was able to lift more than my own body-weight in certain exercises. Good cheap product that gets the job done. Bronx Wild Bull Micronised Creatine doesn't clump up and it mixes well with just about anything. It is tasteless and a 1kg tub will last about a year. I would recommend mixing this product with in a warm drink (I normally use green tea), as putting it in a cold drink it will not fully dissolve and it creates gastrointestinal discomfort. You water intake will increase as it makes your mouth dry, but this is a good thing as water intake should be increased anyway while taking creatine. I will definitely be ordering more.
