Timing Bodybuilding Training

Some bodybuilders, many of them competitive, prefer to train in the morning, when they are rested and fresh. This way, they can get their workout out of the way, keeping the rest of the day open for other commitments. The key is to fit in your training at a time that suits you best, to ensure that you are maintaining consistency with your training, rather than missing sessions, or being too tired to train at your best. Generally, it is recommended that you train before work, however this does not suit all people, especially shift workers. For this reason, you need to choose a time that suits your regime best, and stick to it to achieve optimum gains.
