Great little product, does struggle with larger amounts of powder, but if you set the vortex in motion prior to adding anything, it will work very well every time. Must make sure you clean this thoroughly as the mixer will remain stationary if any previous mix is allowed to dry.

This Vortex Shaker is pretty good, needs bit more power to mix everything I have, I find if I shake it up well first then turn it on, it works better.

I was excited when I first got this product and it works well you just need to leave it on for a decent amount of time. If you dump heaps of powder on it the motor just can’t handle it but if you give it two shakes and leave it on it gives you a good smooth shake.

Mixes well!! Personally I think with more power it would work better!

I have been using this mixer for approximately a week and have found that it works well depending on the liquid used. This mixer definitely does work better when water is used as opposed to milk but still completes a satisfactory job. Overall I would rate this product 7/10 with its ability to mix protein powder well compared to other shakers I have used in the past.

The Vortex Portable Mixer is such a handy tool for a gym junkie. The fact that it will literally mix any powder and leave you with no clumps is amazing. It also manages to mix things in no time, which is also very handy. The only downside to it is the cleaning. Because of the thing that actually mixes the water, you can’t get to clean the very bottom of bottle very well; and this is a problem because if you get little bits of powder and stuff stuck in there, it will really start to stink in no time. But as long as you make sure to wash it properly, this is an invaluable tool.

With milk it is a bit slow but still mixes the thickest powders with ease, used with water and it's amazing. The Vortex Portable Mixer is the easiest mixer to use. Just fill up with your desired liquid and push the button. A tornado forms in the container straight away which was really cool. Mixes my protein and carbs together really easily. Just tip in a little bit of powder at a time and it will mix it with eases and you will have a smooth consistency shake to drink without any effort.

The Vortex Shaker is the best "Supplement Gadget" I have every bought. It is truly amazing how well it works as it absolutely demolishes the thickest protein powders I use and there is not a lump to be found! I even use it for my pre and post supplements! Its also so easy to use AND clean- blend for a few seconds, drink, wash under the tap with a bit of detergent and you are done. I have been so impressed with it, I now have two- one for home/gym and one for work! Even my young kids love watching it create its "vortex" effect- 10 out of 10!!

I have recently purchased a vortex portable mixer and i have to say its pretty good. But the downsides are that it only holds about 500ml (which is good for most shakes), its battery operated but it only uses little power- rechargeable would be better. Its not a screw cap; just rubber sealed because the rotor does all the mixing (no need to shake). On the upside its easy to clean, mixes even the thickest shakes to perfection and its the envy of everyone at the gym. plus with the Mr sup.com low price you cant go wrong.

This is crazy! I was expecting this to be just a gimmick but it’s pretty awesome! The shaker is real easy to use and mixes really well even my thick weight gainers. So much better then getting a sore arm from shaking it for 10 minutes. It actually turns heads at the gym with people wanting to have a look at what I have.
