I'll start with the taste which I found unsatisfying compared to past mass gaining supplements I have used. I do like the fact that the product has a very low level of fat per serve, making it less of a mass gainer but more of a muscle gainer, minimizing the amount of dead weight. The inclusion of creatine to the mix, in combination with over 20 vitamins and minerals is a great idea. Making this mass gainer rate 10/10 on paper, but in my opinion I rate the product 5/10. In my mind the taste is a huge part of a protein powder which is the reason i cant give it 10/10.

Vital Strength Professional Muscle Directions
Mix 60 grams or 3 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of light milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruites may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts, yoghurts to increase the protein and energy content. Take two times daily.
