Using this formula for 4 months i used to be around 96kg dropped down to 80Kgs, taking every morning and in between meals working on weights 2 - 3 times a week just as hobby getting back into shape and feeling great staking on some weight in my chest in stead of my gut "also taking Scivation Xtend sipping on it while I'm working and working out at the GYM". oh yeah alcohol big no no if u want to keep in shape.

Vital Strength Hydroxy Ripped is a great post and pre-workout protein powder, using this and stacking it with Universal Animal Cuts, I was able to cut fat while not losing muscle and even gaining muscle. The taste is great, the mix-ability is great and all round the product is great, I'd gladly recommend this product to anyone seriously wanting to lose fat or on a cutting cycle to burn that extra bit of fat before a serious competition or even beach season. Using this and animal cuts I dropped around 8 kilograms of fat in a short time and lost a further 4 kilograms when off cuts.

I was sick of people suggesting that I lose weight, as I train regularly as it is, so decided I’d show them what I really am made of. I had been using the same protein for years, but after no size or weight gains for about six months I decided it was time for a change. I had a chat with some of the boys at the gym who suggested I try Vital Strength’s Hydroxy Ripped. I checked it out in the local supplement shop but when I saw they were charging over $100 for 1kg I thought it was a little pricey. I did a search on Mr Supplement and found that you were charging only 60 bucks. I thought, why not? After using the whole 1kg container, I am amazed! I have put on 3kg of muscle, I look super cut up and my six pack has become way more defined! Extremely happy with the results! In my opinion Hydroxy Ripped is the only protein to use.

I have been using this post workout protein powder for a while now and am really pleased with it. The flavours taste lovely and creamy and not at all artificial. I mix it with water and still tastes indulgent so I actually look forward to drinking it. The powder mixes well in a shaker so is great to take to the gym and mix up after your workout. I love the fact that it has so many vitamins and fat metabolisers so it feels like it's working on many levels. It's also low in fat and carbs so fits in well with my diet regime. I am really happy with this product and intend to keep buying it!

I have used almost an entire 4kg tub of Vital Strength Hydroxy Ripped, drinking 2-3 60g shakes daily, mixed with water usually, sometimes with milk - other than this shake, my diet has remained pretty much the same as it was prior to me wanting to gain weight. The powder mixes really easily, especially with milk, although occasionally there are bits stuck to the shaker. I got the vanilla flavour and for the first few shakes I couldn't believe how sweet it was, I am now used to it and find it quite a nice shake to drink. I have been taking Ripped exclusively (i.e. no other supplemented protein) and I have found it to help me recover adequately, which is good for the budget and illustrates the quality of ingredients used. Over the 3 week or so period that I have been using Ripped I have gained 4.5kg (all lean mass, I still have a six pack and now have larger arms and chest), considering my goal is to gain 8kg within 6 months. Vital Strength Hydroxy Ripped certainly surpassed my expectations!

I have been using Vital Strength Hydroxy Ripped protein powder for a good 2 months now and am still enjoying every shake. I find with most of the protein powders I buy I either hate the taste or I get sick of it very quickly and I haven’t experienced either with this protein. It mixes in very well with milk or water. Just be careful while opening it if you get the 5kg bag as I opened the seal too quickly & ripped the bag fully open spilling a bit of protein. Vital Strength Hydroxy Ripped has helped me stay cut while gaining muscle and I am impressed with my results!

Vital Strength Hydroxy Ripped Directions
Mix 40g or 2 scoops into 400mL of non-fat milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts and youghurt to increase the protein and energy content.
Storage
Replace lid and close tightly immediately after use store 30°C
