What can I say. It's Glutamine. Helps with recovery and makes a big difference to how you're feeling the next day.
Before I would remain sore for a long time after which really stops you from wanting to train, but with Glutamine that recovery time seems to be a much easier road. Definitely amongst one of the major things you should take when working out.
