Vital Strength Define womens high protein is a deliciously smooth, high protein shake, which can reduce body fat, tone muscles and improve general health. I’ve been taking Vital Strength Define for a few weeks now and just wanted to let you know just how happy I am with it. It mixes well, tastes good (I got the chocolate) and it’s helped me keep my cravings for sweet foods under control.

Vital Strength Define Directions
Mix 25g or 1 heaped scoop into 250mLs of light milk or 200mL of water and blend or shake.
