At first, it seemed that this supplement was having zero effect. However, in the past all I have used is stimulant based pre-workout supplements - so I was expecting some sort of high. After a few days of usage, I realise this supplement actually was taking effect without all the pins & needles associated with other pre-workout supplements.
reflecting on my workouts I noticed the following:
- I could easily do more sets than usual
- This product works better when well hydrated
- No bloating due to powder based drinks

USPlabs Yok3d Directions
As a dietary supplement, based on published kinetic data, take 3 capsules 90 minutes before a workout on empty stomach or 2-3 hours before a workout with or without food, whicheveris more convenient for you. If training within 2 hours of waking, consume 3 capsules upon waking, with or without food. If you weigh 140 pounds or less, begin by taking 2 capsules.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, below 30°C, away from direct sunlight.

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older.
