Great muscle reparation supplement. I was a little more focused on building my deltoids, this supplement sure helped pack on the extra mass. GREAT taste too, recommend using with milk, kind of potent.

This is the best weight gainer out there in my eyes, it does work out to be expensive but you get awesome results I have gained 6 kilos of muscle in 6 weeks with an intense program. The only thing you need to use a blender otherwise you get chunks.

I thought this product definitely fulfilled my needs and requirements for playing sports and gaining weight and muscle. Even though I am running and doing a lot of cardio, I find that muscle gain was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this product to those who have the same goals as I do.

I struggle to put on any weight despite my best intentions and find it hard to consume the actual calories I need to grow. With my last order from MrSupplement I got Universal Real Gains. Man this supplement rocks! I get the Cookies and Cream flavour and it feels like a real treat every time I’m taking it! Each serve gives me more than 50g of protein, and the results are starting to show. My weight’s increasing as is the amount of muscle I now have.

Great Weight Gainer or Meal Replacement Protein for the time poor! Between full time work and training it’s hard to get all the protein and carbohydrates that you need to power through. It tastes even better than my real meals anyway - I don’t know how I’d fit everything in if it wasn’t for this easy solution. As well as being a rather awful cook, there just isn’t time to get all those necessary nutrients for training and muscle recovery. It’s not just good for meal replacement; it has also helped me to make some major muscle gains and other improvements in my workouts. On top of this, it dissolves really well in most liquids. It’s as easy as adding water if you’re in a rush (or have run out of milk). I recommend the chocolate flavour, it’s delicious!
