I bought a 60 pill container of Ultimate Nutrition KreAlkalyn, I used them in accordance with the instructions of 2 in the morning, 1 before workout. Within the first week I noticed a good increase in vascularity and the few times I forgot to take the pills it felt like I wasn't as powerful when doing big lifts - at the time I was using SPI which didn't have any creatine in it. I am now taking protein powder that does have creatine and I feel that this is doing a good enough job without using additional KreAlkalyn. That said, I am only fairly small and can probably have my whole body supplied for with a small amount, there is no need to cycle & this won't bloat you or give you cramps. All said I can vouch that this stuff certainly works as advertised!

I have been using Ultimate Nutrition Kre-Alkalyn for just over 2 months and my training results have never been so quickly achieved. Great results in respect to gains of lean muscle, strength and even bone density which is amazing as I’ve always struggled to break my plateau. .Easy to swallow capsules taken twice a day with no bloating or other side effects that I’ve had with other forms of creatine. What this product does is it all; no wonder Mr. Supplement sells it. I will continue to use Ultimate Nutrition Kre-alkalyn is now one of my all time favourite products!

I’d used creatine monohydrate before, but found that it made me feel bloated. The friendly staff at MrSupplement recommended that I try Inner Armour Kre-Alkavol and I’m glad I did! With this supplement there’s no complicated loading phase to follow. If you’re looking for a simple and effective creatine supplement – this is the one for you!

The best form of creatine, I have been using this type of creatine for years, no side effects at all, plus full absorption, great results in gains on muscle and strength. Also use it for any other sports, even a hike in the hills, versatile product. What a creatine product should do this one does it all, no wonder they patented it. Will never stop using krealkalyn, one of my all time favourite products!
