Syn Tec Tri-Creatine Malate is a special type of creatine bonded to malic acid and offers al the benefits of both creatine and malic acid. Creatine is a naturally occuring protein that helps recycle ATP, the body's energy source, which may help to increase muscle mass and strength. Malic acid is involved in the Krebs energy cycle as an intermediate substance, and may help provide energy to the body. When malic acid and creatine form the compound Tri-Creatine Malate, the resulting product is more water-soluble than regular creating, may assist to eliminate the possibility of gastric disruption, and is more efficient at positively impacting the ATP cycle. Tri-Creating Malate is also believed to offer great bioavailability over regular creatine monohydrate.

One level teaspoon (5ml).
Each level teaspoon (5ml) provides 3 grams of Tri-Creatine Malate.
Take one serve in the morning and another 30 minutes before training.
Shake container before use.
Either spoon a serving directly into mouth and wash down with water or stir into 400ml of water. Taste is quite acidic.
