Syntec Beta Alanine Ingredients
Pure Beta Alanine powder. Beta Alanine readily absorbs moisture. Ensure you use a dry spoon and replace the lid firmly after use. Use within 60 days of opening. It is normal for this product to appear lumpy in humid conditions.
Syntec Beta Alanine Directions
Take 3 grams (1/2 a level teaspoon) half an hour before training and 3 grams after training. On non-training days take 3 grams morning and night. Can be mixed in water, juice or a protein shake.
Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
This product is not a sole source of nutrition and should be used in conjunction with an appropriate physical training or exercise programme. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
