Ronnie Coleman Myo-Blitz Directions
As a dietary supplement, begin by mixing 1 scoop of Myo-Blitz with 177mL of water and drink immediately on an empty stomach 30 minutes before training. Upon initial consumption of this supplement users should begin on 1/3 the recommended dose to assess your individual tolerance level, before progressively proceeding to a full dose.

Replace lid and close tightly immediately after use. Store below 30°C away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Not intended for use by persons under age 18. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medication including phenylephrine or caffeine. Do not use for more than 12 weeks. Contains caffeine.
