Redbak Rapid WPI

I have used RedBak WPI consistently for 3 years. It mixes well, tastes great really helps recovery and muscle gains and doesn't make you feel sluggish like other protein supplements around. I have recommended to many other athletes to perform at peak level.

After using many protein powders with a high carbohydrate count I have put on a substantial amount of size, both muscle and fat. I decided it was time to lower the body fat percentage, which is what I have been using Redbak Rapid WPI for, so far I have maintained my muscle size and decreased my body fat percentage and look a lot more cut. It mixes really well but doesn’t have the quality taste of other supplements. ( like the Maxs shakes which really thicken up, fills you up and taste great in both water and milk) I find the product a bit expensive but successful in its purpose, if your looking to lose that spare tyre around your belly and look more defined I do recommend Red Back WPI . (don’t forget the FREE protein bar)

Redbak Rapid WPI 1kg (Chocolate) Effectiveness: I find it difficult to determine the effectiveness of a whey protein supplement due to the large number of variables that will affect whether you reach your goals or not, such as diet, training etc. However if you’re looking for extra protein in your diet then this is the supplement for you! Taste: Great taste, no issues here. I have not tasted the vanilla flavour though. Judging by how the chocolate tasted, I assume that the vanilla flavour will be great! Solubility: Solubility was fine Side Effects: Nil adverse side effects were experienced Cost Effectiveness: Offers 33 serves per 1kg tub. Conclusion: Not the most cost effective protein powdered supplement but apart from that there are no negatives to this product. There are however many other cheaper protein powder supplements out there that do the same job in providing your diet with more protein.

My fitness and body building regime changes throughout the year and when I was taking Max's mass gainer I noticed that I had a large gain in strength and also noticed a large amount of muscle size which I gained. I was also taking Celltech creatine and have realised that this product has allowed me to have an increased endurance whilst lifting heavy weights and also have noticed that I can do cardio and feel not as tired as what I felt before when I was not taking creatine. I have currently ordered Redbak WPI Protien because of its low carbohydrate formula. I am taking this because I want to cut down my percentage body fat. I have tried Redbak WPI Protien in the past and I had a really 'cut' physique, so I guess that taking the Redbak formula will make me lose the weight which I have gained from the mass gainer formula.

Not only does this protein powder taste amazing in chocolate but it contains very little carbs so it's great for Keto diets. I play basketball and I’ve got a tall kind of lean body. I am a slim build and I’ve got pretty good muscle definition, but I lack in size as compared to the other bigger guys and I get smacked around the court.
